K3 / Site safety

Safety is part of the job.

Protective equipment, work at height and barriers around the work area are agreed in the safety plan before work starts, including in buildings that stay in use.

Client portal

Progress photos from site, every working day.

The site supervisor files the report from site. You open it in the client portal the same day, without waiting for a weekly summary.

5 stages

From first conversation to the maintenance period.

Every stage has a clear result, so you know what has been agreed and what comes next.

  1. Stage 01

    Consultation

    You tell us what you need, where, and by when. We confirm the scope fits what we do.

    Survey and cost estimate

    We inspect and measure the site, then prepare the cost estimate (RAB) and schedule for your approval.

  3. Stage 03

    Construction

    Work follows the agreed working drawings, specifications and schedule.

  4. Stage 04

    Supervision and daily reports

    The site supervisor checks the quality of the work and sends progress photos to the portal every working day.

  5. Stage 05

    Handover and maintenance

    A joint inspection, any fixes, then handover. The maintenance period runs after that.
