01. About the project

The villa is designed for the tropics: wide openings to the pool, deep eaves and cross ventilation keep the rooms cool without relying on air conditioning.

The reinforced concrete structure was built alongside the MEP works to shorten the schedule. The client received daily photo reports from the first excavation to handover.
